This is a comprehensive workbook that will get you in the transformational mood. It will cover 4 areas of your life, your body & health, your mind & consciousness, your passion & eros, your purpose & your legacy. We will use this deep journaling to get us started on your transcendent journey here.

2 VIP LENGTH SESSIONS
We start off and end powerfully with an extended 1.5 hour session, designed to set clarity, intention and goals we are reaching for over the next 3 months. We do another deep dive at the end of the program.

Weekly PRIVATE ONE ON ONE SESSIONS
These are 45-min deep dive sessions, scheduled every week. In these sessions, we dive as deep as you need, uncovering the blocks, the resistance to freedom, wellness & success. We excavate the most relevant areas of your life, including your body & wellness, your mindset & consciousness, you passion & eros & the creative side of you, your purpose & mission & how you feel you'd like to thrive most into the future.
All sessions must be completed within 3-4 months of the start date.
