Thank you for thinking about blissDesigned and finding it still an amazing new project to be involved in. I’d love to get your OK for a 6 months collaboration to start. If you still like it, we continue for years… up to you!

I recently had an illuminating discussion with our CFO—SEN, about the direction and growth potential of blissDesigned. As we chart our course forward, it’s paramount to approach this next phase with healthy focus, patience and mindfulness.

Here's what we've mapped out:

Timeline: Phase 1 Start Date: October 15 - First 6 months…

In this foundational phase, our offerings will focus exclusively on services — specifically our coaching programs and courses, which range in value from $500 to $25,000 USD. While these are our core products, it's crucial to remember that the blissDesigned brand has been dormant for the past four years. As such, our immediate goal isn't just about immediate sales, but rather rebuilding presence in womens’ lives. We have the challenge — and opportunity — ahead of us to reinvigorate our brand, re-establish trust, and generate momentum.

Our action plan over the next six months centers on rebuilding our presence in the world. To do this effectively, our brand needs to be visible and resonant across several social media platforms:

  1. Instagram

  2. Facebook

  3. Threads

  4. Twitter X

  5. LinkedIn

  6. Pinterest

  7. others?… better ones?

  8. FLODESK (for email campaigns aimed at future client acquisition - this is where sales happen)

How does this look in day-day reality?

  1. Denisa publishes a BLOG everyday

  2. We post content on all platforms above (and others if you find them new and relevant)

  3. We repurpose the content to make super short reels and videos

  4. We actively build audience daily on the platforms (there is an art to this I can teach you) ex: we want to build insta to 5000 to 10,000 to 100,000 - takes effort and time but it’s possible

  5. Regularly, we invite audience to a free class, webinar or something of value that is free - they give us their e-mail in exchange and…

  6. Denisa publishes articles in magazines online, goes on podcasts, networks in her circles - you guys can tell me what are good online circles that are fresh, recent, key to chime in

  8. we build an e-mail list - THIS! is where sales are made, in the e-mail list.

  9. we create an e-mail list nurture campaign - it takes at least 7 contact points for anyone to buy a product online, service especially

To streamline our efforts, we'll segment our online endeavors into three main groups:

  1. Professionals: LinkedIn, Twitter X, Substack/Medium

  2. Socials: Social Media (we need to evaluate which have best relevance to our target audience)

  3. E-mail Marketing: FLODESK for email marketing, nurture campaigns

RETAIL: In tandem with our digital outreach, we'll also establish accounts with affiliate members to augment our retail side. If you want to focus on the RETAIL SIDE from the start AS WELL, we can absolutely consider that too, but I’d need you to LEAD that, it’s not my strength.

Building a robust, engaged audience is not an overnight endeavor. It demands time, dedication, and a consistent effort. But imagine the payoff: once we establish this digital community, we'll have a ready base of clients eager to engage with our offerings. History and market trends suggest that achieving this will likely necessitate about six months of focused effort.

Considering the expansive digital terrain we’re venturing into, I estimate it will require roughly an hour a day from each of us. In recognition of this dedication, I propose a compensation of $10 a day, or approximately 1400 yen, for each team member. This totals to around $250 (6 days/wk)-$300 (7days/wk) a month. Furthermore, as we make sales during this phase, we will begin allocating a percentage to each team member from the net profit. This ensures that as the brand succeeds, everyone benefits from the collective effort. What that will be in months 0-6, we can meet and decide, or go with the #s below, but since the initial products are service, the overhead will be higher since I have to spend my time designing and running these courses in person - unless you can help me with that, but that takes more time. We can discuss that.

2. Team as Consultants:

Every team member, infused with their unique expertise, is considered a consultant for BlissDesigned. This consultation period spans the duration of active collaboration plus an additional 1-3 months, depending on strength of the company.

  • CEO Allocation: 50% of BlissDesigned's net monthly earnings.

  • Team’s Allocation: The remaining 50% is for our leadership team. If we hire staff, that will be taken out of the Gross Earnings.
